Job Coach - Part Time

Monsey/Chestnut Ridge area

29 to 40 Hours/week, Monday thru Friday

​

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Prepare and support adults with challenges to acquire or maintain employment 

• Maximize the individual’s potential and social skills in the employment arena as well as the community 

• Interact with employer regarding mutual expectations, performance and scheduling 

• Periodically communicate work performance status, and raise any issues or concerns 

• Record daily and monthly documentation in required reports 

• Transport the individual to and from the worksite, if necessary 

• Complete mandated Yedei Chesed training classes 

• Serve as a professional role model and respect the individuality, dignity and privacy of the supported adult

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Legal to work in the US 

• Valid drivers license with agency mandated insurance coverage 

• Personal vehicle
